In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations and upkeep of Washington Ranch. Your main duties will include performing maintenance tasks, assisting with repairs, and ensuring that the property is well-maintained. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Over 21 and able to be approved by our vehicle insurance company. - Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred. - Ability to operate and maintain various tools and equipment. - Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs landscaping. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: - Assist with the maintenance and repair of buildings, fences, equipment, and vehicles. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and cleaning. - Assist with irrigation and watering systems, as needed. - Ensure that the ranch grounds are well-maintained, including mowing lawns, weeding, and trimming trees and bushes. - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner. - Assist with the documentation of maintenance activities and inventory management. - Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Collaborate with the Washington Ranch Director and other team members to ensure smooth operations. - Perform other duties as assigned.
