You will ensure that all projects align with industry standards and client expectations while upholding our heritage of excellence. Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the quality standards of ElectriCom and its clients. Supervise and direct onsite staff, subcontractors, and construction activities to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery. Maintain continuous communication with project stakeholders, including providing regular progress reports and adjusting project plans based on feedback or unforeseen challenges. Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and effectively, ensuring a harmonious work environment and project continuity. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met. Lead project meetings and provide detailed documentation for every phase of the project. Strong leadership and human resources management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines Expert knowledge of construction processes, including design principles, tools, and handling regulatory issues Proficiency in project management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
