Think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional / positive voice and manner Up-sell and cross-sell Able to generate sales leads from calls Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems Memorize, recall, or research answers quickly Assess customers’ needs and provide the correct solution Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies Meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas Cash handlining. Address refunds, tickets. Customer Service Shift Info PART TIME POSITIONS 2ND SHIFT MON-WED- FRIDAY 8AM – 5:30PM SATURDAYS - 8:00AM - 12:00PM Customer Service Qualifications (Requirements / Skills) SPANISH REQUIRED ! RESUME REQUIRED ! Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information. Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once Excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution Customer Service experience preferred Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US.
