Position Overview
Position Summary:The college of Liberal Arts and Sciences is
seeking a qualified candidate to teach as a full-time tenure track
Assistant Professor of Spanish. Salary will be commensurate with
qualifications and experience. Start date is August 2024. This is a
residential appointment, and campus presence is expected.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include 4/4 teaching load, scholarship, and
service. Teaching load will include 1000- and 2000-level
foundational Spanish courses in addition to a variety of
upper-division courses. Courses may be offered in-person, hybrid,
or online. The candidate is expected to serve the institution and
remain active in the profession. Perform other related duties as
assigned.
