Job Description:
AB Staffing is looking for experienced Speech Language
Pathologists (SLP) for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year. Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Description: Openings in Elementary,
Middle, and High School - Caseload and details of
position/classroom type will differ based on school location
Contract through the 2025/2026 school year – 37.5 to 40 hours per
week Contract follows the academic district calendar Pay: Starting
at $1,875.00 - $2,062.00/week DOE and location Speech Language
Pathologist (SLP) Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech
Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar
program. National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of
Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate,
and State License from the Department of Health Services. Positive,
energetic, and compassionate approach to education. Experience in a
school and/or pediatric setting preferred. Speech Language
Pathologist (SLP) Position Overview: Provide speech and language
therapy services to help students improve communication and
learning skills. Essential Functions: Identify students needing
specialized speech or language services and provide tailored
solutions for academic success. Conduct individual and group
therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress
reports. Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and
provide alternative communication systems. Create engaging learning
environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
