We have an opportunity for a pharmacy director to join a great department at a community medical center in New Mexico. This Medical Center is a 200+ bed facility and services a community of around 200k. There is a wonderful team in place already and we are looking for the director to provide the strategic leadership for the department. The director will be responsible for managing the team as well as ensuring compliance and keeping up to date on the latest regulatory standards as well as financial management of the department. This position is primarily administrative but there will be a small clinical component where needed.

We are seeking an experienced pharmacy manager with at least 5 years of hospital management or supervisory experience. Pharm D or BS with MBA. PGY-1 a plus. Excellent opportunity to grow and advance your career.
