We have an immediate opportunity for a Case Management Director with a very progressive hospital in the Eastern New Mexico. This incredible opportunity will allow the right individual a chance to grow their career working in a high quality environment with some of the latest technology and systems.

This position, reporting to the hospital CFO, will be responsible for managing the hospital's case management team and overseeing quality outcomes for the patients who visit the medical center. The director will be responsible for policy formation and overseeing the utilization review process for the team.

This individual must be an RN with at least 3 years of hospital case management and utilization review experience. Prior management experience is a plus, but we will consider an dynamic leader ready to take the next step into management. Must be licensed in New Mexico or able to readily obtain New Mexico nursing license.

This position has an excellent compensation and benefit plan. It offers a top salary for the right individual, moving allowance of $10,000 and a very generous sign on bonus.
