Locums - Roswell, New Mexico, General Surgery Opening

  • 7am - 7am
  • General Surgery Call for ER/Trauma and Inpatient Coverage
  • No Outpatient Clinic
  • Looking for long term coverage (at least 6 months)
  • Ideally 20 days a month
  • 24 Hour Call with Hospital Coverage
  • Follow Clinic Approx. 4 Hours a Day Mon - Fri
  • No Clinic/Hospital on Weekends
  • Single-site practice with no commute
  • Broad scope of practice - bread and butter plus basic trauma, plastics, vascular, head and neck, colorectal, common bile duct explorations
  • Up to 30% endoscopy - screening colonoscopies, EGDs, PEGs, advanced polypectomies
  • 162 Bed Facility
  • Phone Consults: 1 - 15
  • Call Patients Seen: 3-5
  • Admissions: 1-2/Day
  • Assigned/Unassigned Patients
  • BC/BE
  • Active NM License
  • ACLS, ATLS, BLS Required
  • Trauma Level III
  • EMR: MediTech
