Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night shift team at Lovelace Regional Hospital in Roswell, NM.This is a full-time opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and be part of a dynamic healthcare team.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients, managing staff, and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care and education
• Managing patient flow and prioritizing tasks
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
• Participating in quality improvement initiativesQualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • A valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • May require ACLS and/or PAL certificationsPreferred qualifications include:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
