month Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Patient
Demographics: Adult Patient Volume: Approx. 5 per shift / 712
surgeries per month Support Staff: 1 PA (clinic support) Beds in
the Dept: 7 Trauma Level: Level III EMR: Athena / Cerner Other
Info: Clinic-based ENT role with a mix of outpatient and surgical
care. The provider will cover 5 clinic days and 2 surgical days
monthly. Works with an on-site PA who handles clinic support.
Long-term commitment preferred. Financial credentialing and payer
authorization are required since all surgeries are elective.
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice
Insurance covered Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified
