Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg and Rehab assignment requiring 1 years of recent specialty experience and a NM or compact RN license. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in the Med/Surg (Unit/Floor 2) and Rehab departments of a hospital - Patient care assignment covers both medical-surgical and rehabilitation populations - Night shift schedule from 18:30 to 07:00 - 13-week contract assignment - No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius - Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and rehabilitation patients during night shifts - RTO requests must be less than 1 week - Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as per unit needs - First-time travelers will be considered - Orientation and training provided onsite /n /n Requirements/n - Active NM or compact RN license required - Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg or Rehab nursing - No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months - All required certifications must be valid through at least 30 days after contract start - Must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the previous 2 years /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-649249.
