Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech – Days – 13 Weeks – Carlsbad, NM Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Days Shift Times: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Call Requirement: Minimum 15 days (holidays required) Floating: Yes, as needed Patient Ratio: 1:1 Experience Required: Strong Cath Lab background About the Role HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will be confident assisting cardiologists during a variety of invasive cardiac procedures, managing sterile setup, and monitoring cases. A longer assignment of 26 weeks is preferred if available. Responsibilities Assist cardiologists at the procedure table Prepare and maintain the sterile field Prep patients and equipment for procedures Monitor cases and document data accurately Support procedures including: LHC (Left Heart Cath) RHC (Right Heart Cath) Peripheral procedures TEE’s Cardioversion Participate in call rotation (minimum 15 days) including holidays Float to other areas as needed Required Qualifications ACLS & BLS certifications Demonstrated experience with LHC, RHC, peripherals, TEE’s, and cardioversion Ability to meet call requirements Systems EMR: Xper, MedHost Assignment Details Location: Carlsbad, NM Length: 13 weeks (26 weeks preferred) Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Days Call: Minimum 15 days; holidays required Patient Ratio: 1:1 Floating: As needed Interested?
