to find a qualified OR RN in Roswell, New Mexico, 88201! Job Title:

nights/weekends - No scrub experience required Description: The
Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality
patient care in the operating room. Previous charge experience is
preferred. The nurse will work in a team environment and
collaborate with other healthcare professionals. The patient ratio
for days is 1:1. Floating to like units may be required based on
facility needs. The nurse must be skilled in various surgical
procedures, including but not limited to appendectomy,
cholecystectomy, and total joint replacement. Experience with Epic
charting system is required. Candidates must be able to provide
care to diverse patient age groups, including adolescents, adults,
pediatrics, and geriatrics. The daily census is estimated at 10
patients, with operations conducted in four rooms. Strong
communication skills are essential for effective interdisciplinary
support and patient interaction. The role may include participation
in special procedures and use of specialized equipment. Candidates
should be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be ready to
meet the needs of patients in a timely manner. Certifications in
ACLS, BLS, and PALS are mandatory for this position. Traveling
nurses are expected to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to
