VHS is looking for an OB/GYN Hospitalist for Hobbs, NM! Program Details Program Start Date: TBD 12 or 24 Hour Shifts: 24 Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Yes Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: No Hospitalists Needed for First Assist: Yes First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: TBD Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: No Backup Available to the Hospitalists: ED & General Surgery. Hospital Details NICU Level: II Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.):30 Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists(monthly): 30 Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists 15/day in clinic, 5/day in hospital MFM onsite: No Residency Program: No In-house Anesthesia: Yes, During the day. CNRA on call at night.
