Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Carlsbad, NM Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,723 to $1,917 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / ICU - Nights City/State: Carlsbad, New Mexico Shift: 18:30-06:30, Nights Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 03/23/2026 Job Description: Carlsbad Medical Center is seeking a Travel ICU RN to provide total care to ICU patients, including handling ventilators, titratable drips, and hygiene care. Floating to the ER and Med Surg departments is required. No call is required, and blocked scheduling may be accommodated. Responsibilities: Provide ICU patient total care. Float to ER and Med Surg departments as needed. Requirements: 2 years ICU experience required. BLS and ACLS certification required. Experience in ER and Med Surg required. TNCC and experience with vents, titratable drips, and patient hygiene preferred. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part III ICU
