Physical Therapist Location: Carlsbad, NM Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,409 to $2,603 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist - Days City/State: Carlsbad, New Mexico Shift: Mon-Thurs 8a-6pm, Fri 8a-12p, work at hospital one Saturday/month Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 02/16/2026 Job Description: Physical therapists (PTs) are licensed health care professionals who can help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility. PTs examine each individual and develop a plan, using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Teach patients how to manage their condition and achieve long-term health benefits. Requirements: 2 years experience required. Inpatient & outpatient experience required. BLS & current NM licensure required. Pending NM state licensure approved, must be included with submission.
