Join Our Dynamic Team as a Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)!/n/nJob Description:/n/n- Position: Travel ER RN /n- Start Date: ASAP /n- Duration: 13 weeks /n- Shift: Nights, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM /n- Floating & Call: Required /n/nKey Qualifications:/n/n- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Emergency Nursing /n- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, & TNCC /n- ENPC & NRP preferred /n- Fingerprint clearance required for all New Mexico travelers /n/nJob Expectations:/n/n- Call in 2 hours prior to shift start /n- Work in a Level 3 Trauma Emergency Department /n- Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1 /n- Flexibility required; Blocked scheduling & 48-hour guarantees NOT available /n- Maximum requested time off (RTO): 1 per schedule; 6-week scheduling /n- Mandatory floating between units /n- Dress code: Full uniform required; no specific scrub color /n/nKey Responsibilities:/n/n- Deliver exceptional care to Emergency Room patients /n- Utilize the Nursing Process in line with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies /n- Demonstrate critical thinking and leadership in patient care delivery /n- Maintain clinical competency through ongoing education and training /n- Provide guidance and supervision to assigned healthcare personnel /n- Conduct thorough assessments and effectively communicate findings /n- Administer medications and monitor for any side effects /n- Exhibit strong organizational skills with meticulous documentation /n- Uphold safety standards, infection control practices, and quality improvement initiatives /n/nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): /nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
