Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work 12.5-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM • 13-week assignment starting ASAP • Floating and call required • Patient ratio of 1:6 • 2 years of experience required • ACLS and BLS certifications required • PALS certification preferred • Work on general medical-surgical inpatient nursing unit • Blocked scheduling may be accommodated (must include in submittal) • Any color scrubs permitted • EMR system: MedHost • On-call only for census flex prior to scheduled shift when census is low • Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers • Auto offers only - no interviews required Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the community with a focus on inpatient medical-surgical care.
