Job Description Hematology/Oncology opening in NMLocated in Roswell200m to Albuquerque Full-time; permanentDuties: Diagnose and provide medical treatment for cancer, solid tumors, and benign and malignant blood disorders. On in-patient and out-patient basis, write and administer chemotherapy orders, perform bone marrow biopsies and lumbar punctures, review smears and refer patients for radiation oncology and surgery services as needed. On an in-patient basis, evaluate oncology emergencies and treatment-related complications, deliver chemo-infusion, and provide consultation services to other healthcare professionals.Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Degree, completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology-Oncology Fellowship, & New Mexico license to practice medicineRoswell, New Mexico, offers an affordable, small-town lifestyle with a unique cultural flair, featuring a cost of living approximately 15% to 28% below the national average.
