Job Description A thriving 60-bed regional hospital in Southeast New Mexico is actively recruiting a General Surgeon to join a growing surgical service line. With no competition in the area, this is a rare opportunity to establish a robust, community-focused practice with excellent support and long-term stability. Opportunity Details: Join a collegial team of two experienced general surgeons. Enjoy a balanced mix of OR and clinic time for a diverse and rewarding practice. Financial package includes a two-year $450,000 base guarantee plus production incentive bonuses. Additional incentives: $100,000 student loan forgiveness, $50,000 sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation, insurance, disability, critical illness, life insurance, and paid medical malpractice. Open to J1 and H1B visa candidates, with dedicated support for a seamless transition.
