Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12.5-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM /n• 13-week assignment starting ASAP /n• Floating and call required /n• Patient ratio of 1:6 /n• 2 years of experience required /n• ACLS and BLS certifications required /n• PALS certification preferred /n• Work on general medical-surgical inpatient nursing unit /n• Blocked scheduling may be accommodated (must include in submittal) /n• Any color scrubs permitted /n• EMR system: MedHost /n• On-call only for census flex prior to scheduled shift when census is low /n• Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers /n• Auto offers only - no interviews required /n/n Facility: /n This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the community with a focus on inpatient medical-surgical care.
