Physical Therapist Location: Artesia, NM Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,394 to $2,467 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute) StartDate: 3/28/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2394.00 - $2467.00 No more than a 30-day work gap, Skills Checklist completed within past year and MUST HAVE references within the past year, no exceptions! 1 year(s) of experience, active NM License and BLS required. Duties include comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment, develop and carry out individualized treatment plans, deliver skilled interventions, monitor patient progress, educate patients and family members, coordinate care with other healthcare providers appropriately, and document services in compliance with legal, ethical, and reimbursement standards. Common diagnoses seen are Total joints, back/shoulder/foot pain, some neuro (TBI, stroke, Parkinson's). Could work with patients juvenile-aged through geriatric.
