Job Description:
Description The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for
the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective
pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in
collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's
medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Performs all
duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the

Qualifications: - PharmD Pharmacy Or - Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy -
Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered Or - Upon hire: New Mexico
Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy Preferred
Qualifications: - Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year
or equivalent experience - Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
