Occupational Therapist - Acute - (OT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2305.00 -
$2375.00
1+ years of experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month
work history gap in the last year. NM license and BS or higher in
OT required. Candidate must be able to function independently and
have the ability to work both in- and outpatient. Expected caseload
is 6-8 patients/day. EMR used is ReDoc for OP and MedHost for
IP.

Licenses: OT-NM
Certifications: BLS-AHA
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1
year
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
BS or higher in OT required
