Job Description Regional Driver – Class A CDL Red Stag LLC is seeking experiencedClass A CDL Regional driversto load and haul milk in tankers from local dairy farms to processing plants for our dedicated customers. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, proper handling procedures, and effective communication to ensure timely and compliant deliveries. Key Responsibilities - Load milk products onto trailers using proper equipment and approved techniques - Safely transport bulk dairy products to processing plants in compliance with all federal and state regulations - Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, delays, or issues - Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns - Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and required paperwork - Ensure proper milk handling practices at all times - Provide professional and courteous customer service to farms, plants, and other stakeholders - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements - ValidClass A CDLwithtanker endorsement - Minimum age:23 years old - Minimum2 years of CDL driving experience - Minimum1 year of liquid tanker hauling experience - Ability to obtain and maintainMilk Handler Certification - ValidDOT Medical Cardwith proof of insurability - Familiarity withELDs (Electronic Logging Devices)and Hours of Service regulations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to drop and hook trailers - Ability to climb ladders to check trailer seals - Strong navigation and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to work holidays and weekends Physical Requirements - Ability to bend, stoop, pull, climb, kneel, crouch, squat, and reach overhead - Ability to lift up to50 pounds - Ability to sit for extended periods Benefits Perks - Medical Insurance:PPO, MEC, and HSA plan options - Dental Vision Coverage - Ancillary Benefits: Accident, Short-Term Disability, Life, and Hospital coverage - Company-Paid Life Insurance - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Holiday Pay - Rider Policy: Qualified passengers may ride along - Pet Policy: Drivers are welcome to bring pets on the truck
