Job Description Internal Medicine needed in Roswell, New Mexico
- Located 200 miles from Albuquerque, NM; 180 miles from Las
Cruces, NMPosition Details: - Full-time, permanent position -
Requirements: - Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) - Three-year residency in
internal medicine - New Mexico License to practice medicine -
Diagnose and treat patients 18 years and older with wide range of
diseases and injuries related to internal organ systems, and
organic or congenital disorders. - On out-patient basis, determine
nature and extent of disease or disorder using diagnostic imaging
and tests. - Prescribe medication, consult with other health care
professionals, and refer patients to specialists as needed. -
Advise patients on disease prevention and health promotion. -
Manage patient complaint resolution. - Participate in educational
programs and literature review for professional development.
